Family owned since 1987
Thirty-eight years, two offices, one small-business character
The Standard of Pristine Professionalism.
What started as a small, family-owned operation in the heart of a Midwest community has grown into the choice for cleaning, damage restoration and disaster recovery across Rochester, Minnesota and La Crosse, Wisconsin. Growing has meant more trucks and more towns, not a different way of running the business - the people who own it have worked to keep the small-business character intact as it scaled.

Leadership
Michael Thompson, and the crew he built
Michael Thompson owns the company. Christopher Janvrin, our Rug Cleaning Specialist, leads the bench side of the business - the oriental and heirloom rugs that get the 17-step process rather than a quick pass. Every technician who works under either of them goes through a vetting and training process before they are sent out on their own.
In 2014, that leadership completed the Textile Pro Certification, a six-month elite textile care program taught by rug specialist Lisa Wagner and fabric expert Jim Pemberton. Ten companies nationwide finished the program that year. We were one of them.

What we hold to
Four values, said out loud since 1987
Uncompromising Integrity
The estimate we give is the job we do. If something changes once we are inside a wall or under a carpet, we say so before we keep going, not after.
Meticulous Detail
The 17-step rug bench and the six-step water damage process both exist because skipping a step is where a job goes wrong later, not on the day.
Human Connection
A flood or a fire is rarely just a property problem for the person living through it. Somebody answers the phone, and somebody explains what happens next.
Innovation in Hygiene
HEPA filtration and UV-C sterilization are part of how a job gets finished, not an upsell tacked onto the invoice.
What we can actually check
The inspection side of the business
Certified technicians carry more than cleaning equipment: HEPA filtration and UV-C sterilization technologies for occupied spaces, and thermal imaging and analysis for whatever is happening behind a wall or under a floor. Before a job starts, or when a homeowner just wants to know what is actually going on inside a wall or a crawlspace, this is what we can bring to look:
- HEPA filtration and UV-C sterilization
- Mold testing and on-site inspections
- Radon testing
- Infrared camera inspection
- Thermal imaging and analysis
Memberships and standards
Trained to somebody else's standard, not just our own
Every technician trains against standards set outside this building, and the crew holds membership in the bodies that write them:
- Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
- National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA)
- Oriental Rug Retailers Association (ORRA)

Two offices, the same values in both
Rochester, Minnesota is the headquarters. La Crosse, Wisconsin runs the same way. If you want the full address and hours for either office, they are both on our locations page.
