Biohazard and sanitization cleanup

A person answers this line 24 hours a day, every day: (507) 580-0580. If you are calling about a death, a crime scene or anything you do not want to describe out loud, that is enough. We will ask what we need to know and take it from there.

Trauma & Crime Scene Cleanup

We clean up after trauma, crime scenes, unattended deaths and decomposition, in homes, vehicles and commercial buildings. Blood and bodily fluid remediation is part of every one of those jobs, and none of them are scheduled around office hours.

Hoarding cleanup is handled the same way: without judgment, and at the pace the situation actually needs. We work with the family, the property manager or whoever is responsible for the space, and we tell you plainly what can be saved and what cannot.

PPE and bloodborne pathogen standards

Every technician on a biohazard job works in full PPE and follows OSHA standards for bloodborne pathogens, the same standards that govern how blood and other potentially infectious material are handled, contained and disposed of anywhere else. This is not optional and it is not adjusted for a smaller job.

What comes out of a scene leaves the property the same way it would leave a hospital: sealed, logged and disposed of through a licensed biohazard waste channel, not a regular trash pickup.

Hospital-grade disinfection

Affected surfaces are disinfected with hospital-grade products, following CDC recommendations for infectious disease disinfection. That standard applies whether the job is a single room or a full commercial space, and whether the concern is a biohazard event or a communicable illness.

Odor is a porous-materials problem

An odor that will not go away is almost never a surface problem. It means something porous, carpet, drywall, subfloor, has absorbed what caused it, and wiping the surface down again will not reach it.

We treat it with enzymatic cleaners that break down the source material itself, then thermal fogging or ozone treatment to reach the air and surfaces a wipe-down cannot. Exterior sanitization is available too, for anything that reached a porch, a driveway or the outside of a building.

Discretion

We arrive in unmarked vehicles and we do not discuss a job with neighbors, other residents or anyone who was not part of the call. What happened is between you and us.
