Mold testing and remediation
Testing comes before removal, not after. If you already know you have a mold problem, or you just want to find out for certain, call and we will tell you which.
Chapter 01
Testing decides everything that happens after it
On-site mold testing and air sampling come first, before any removal work is scheduled. An air sample tells us what is actually in the air of a room, not just what is visible on a wall, and it is what turns a suspicion into a number.
We also run radon testing, infrared camera inspection and thermal imaging on the same visit when it is warranted. Thermal imaging finds the temperature differences that point to a hidden wet spot behind drywall or under flooring, which is usually where mold is growing before anyone can see it.

Containment and HEPA air control, because removal without it just moves the problem
Once testing confirms where the mold is, the area gets sealed off before anything is disturbed. Containment barriers and negative air machines running through HEPA filtration keep spores from a demolished section of drywall from spreading into the rest of the house through the return air.
Skip containment and remediation does not end the problem, it relocates it. A crew that rips out moldy material in an open room without air control is cleaning one wall and seeding the next one.
Chapter 03
Moisture management is the actual fix
Mold needs a moisture source to keep growing, so removal by itself is a temporary win if the water behind it never gets addressed. Part of every remediation job is finding that source, whether it is a slow roof leak, a failed grade around the foundation, or condensation off an undersized bathroom fan, and getting it fixed or handed off to someone who can.
This is the difference between remediation and a repaint. A wall can look clean again in a weekend and still grow the same mold back in a month if the moisture behind it was never solved.
Post-remediation verification
The job does not end when the visible mold is gone. A final inspection, and a follow-up air sample where the original testing called for one, confirms the area actually cleared rather than just looking better.
That written result is what goes to an insurance adjuster if the loss started as water damage, and it is what tells you the room is safe to close back up and finish.
